Q: How many TVs will have satellite channel access?

A: As many as you want. We have the ability to give you premium DSTV channels on all of the TVs within your home. You will simply need to have a decoder for each TV.

Q: Will the satellite mount to the outside of my home?

A: Yes. Our skilled technicians will provide you with the aerial mount that makes the most sense for the type of home or building you are in. Additionally, we will ensure that the dish has the best signal.

Q: My signal is not the same as it used to be. What do I do?

A: You might have problems with the satellite dish getting a clear signal. We can provide you with a repair to improve the signal. Additionally, it might be time to upgrade the system that you have based upon the new technology that is available.

Q: Why does my signal get worse when it rains?

A: Rain fade occurs because of the signal reception. If it is overcast or there is a normal amount of rain, your signal should not be affected. if you do experience a problem, it is because your dish is not optimally installed. Call and let our techs come out and provide a better install on your aerial.

Q: How much equipment do I need?

A: The amount of equipment you need is going to vary based on where you live, how many TVs you have, and how high of a quality you want in the picture and sound. You will need a satellite dish and a decoder at the bare minimum. You should have a Multichoice decoder to receive the DStv signal and ensure you have a DStv smartcard that is married to the decoder.

Q: Can I upgrade my system?

A: Absolutely. Many people choose to upgrade their systems later on. If you add more TVs, want surround sound, or anything else, let us know.
